Our Story

On a bright April day in 2015, Outstanding Cleaning Services Ltd was created.

With the founders, Stoichko and Svetlana Vasilev coming from early careers in the hospitality industry, their vast experience within 5-Star hotels, working through every step from housekeeping up to Operations Management, has given them a deep knowledge and acute understanding of the cleaning and hygiene industry, alongside a command of managing teams to achieve the best possible results.

Outstanding Cleaning Services serves a wide array of clients with private residences, providing cleaning and housekeeping; and coordinating with Assistants, Estate Managers and Principals to manage the cleaning in both primary residence and additional homes. Outstanding Cleaning Services also provides daily cleaning for offices, restaurants, schools, commercial premises and housekeeping for boutique hotels.

All our clients benefit from our experience in delivering 5-Star standards of service and cleanliness.

Partnering with Zenith, the UK's largest independent manufacturer and supplier of professional grade cleaning and hygiene products, we offer excellent cleaning results whilst keeping our carbon footprint low. We are constantly making efforts to be environmentally aware and adding non-toxic products to those we use, so we can provide the best possible service for our clients. Additionally, none of the Zenith Hygiene products we use have been tested on animals.

All our cleaners are employed directly by Outstanding Cleaning Services Limited. Every employee has two carefully checked references; passport identification; proof of address; and permission to work in the UK.

As a company, we have £2 million public liability insurance; and up to £10 million employer's liability insurance.
