Our Domestic Cleaning Check List

Below are the details of what will be cleaned in your home under our 5-Star Gold Standard.

Checklist for cleaning kitchens to 5-Star standards:

  • Clear any washing up – load dishwasher or wash up
  • Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces
  • Clean the hob, splash back and outside of extractor
  • Wipe the exterior of cupboards, fridge and oven
  • Clean the sink
  • Vacuum and mop the floor
  • Wipe skirting boards
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Wipe light fittings and door handles
  • Empty bin
  • Optional: hang out washing/load machine

Checklist for cleaning Bathrooms & Toilets to 5-Star standards:

  • Clean the toilet
  • Clean accessible surfaces
  • Clean sink, shower and/or bath
  • Clean plug holes
  • Polish taps and shower heads
  • Clean mirrors, wipe exterior of cupboards
  • Wipe skirting boards
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Vacuum and mop the floor
  • Wipe light fittings and door handles
  • Wipe towel rails
  • Fold towels
  • Empty bin
  • Optional: wash towels and bath mats
